​Our Services

Jane Hammond Events provides event planning and management services for corporate and private events throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area.

Our services can include, but are not limited to:
  • Venue selection- pros and cons of different venues, finding the right place for all of your event needs
  • Arranging and managing all rentals, including any necessary changes and updates along the way
  • Referrals to the best local catering options and food vendors
  • Hiring and coordination of various outside vendors such as bartending, lighting, DJ/audio services, florists, entertainment, and espresso/dessert carts
  • Managing venue logistics; including scheduling of site visits and vendor coordination
  • Timeline management

For weddings specifically:
  • Pre-wedding planning, including all of the above, plus keeping you on track with the planning process
  • Attending and running the ceremony rehearsal
  • Ceremony management
  • Handling of all escort cards, favors (if applicable), and other decor (photos/guest book, etc.)
  • Recommendations and quote gathering for florists, photographers, videographers, transportation and more
  • Exit plan at the end of the wedding to account for gifts, guest book, leftover favors or other personal items

the day of the event, we will take the stress off your shoulders.
