Our chefs are always experimenting with desserts. We try new presentations such as little shooter glasses, tiny spoons, martini glasses, trios of mini desserts and more. The fruits in season will often determine the dessert choice - pluots, strawberries, summer stone fruits, fresh raspberries in summer - citrus, kiwis, persimmons and blackberries in the cooler months. There is always a good supply of great chocolate in our kitchen! Our talented cake baker, Julie Durkee, will create any kind of special occasion cake for your wedding, birthday, anniversary or party. Her cakes are made with Plugra butter, Belgian chocolate and other equally fine ingredients.
