Hammond Events is renowned for the extraordinary food that our chefs
create. Our production facilities are situated south of Market, in the
heart of the produce and food markets. There is almost no limit to the
range of wonderful ingredients available to us, which is reflected in
the variety and diversity of our menus.
Presentation of our food is extremely important to us. We will carefully balance color, texture, china, silver, accessories, linens and flowers to make your event look and taste spectacular. Our food incorporates current trends of lighter and healthier eating. We specialize in preparing fish and seafood, vegetarian choices, and in the extensive use of fresh herbs, fresh produce and the profusion of local ethnic ingredients, which allow us to design many unusually interesting menus. The unique needs of each client define our final selection. Our head chef for the last twelve years, Heidi Hornikel and her staff, are capable of preparing virtually any type of cuisine. The menu suggestions we list represent a small sample of our work.
