We are always working to create new ideas, interesting menus and exciting

presentations.  Some recent themes have included:  the Silk Road, Havana

Nights, Salon Party on the Normandie, Districts of San Francisco, Jungle

party, Australian Beach Barbecue, Cirque du Soleil, East meets West,  Off to

the Islands, and a Night at the Oscars.

We have enjoyed working on a huge variety of events, such as:

Stanford University Graduations, Apple computer new product launch, new

movie screening at Pixar, weddings on beaches, in mansions, gardens and

galleries, formal dinner in Union Square for new retail store, corporate

parties at the Asian Art Museum, SF MOMA and the Ferry Building, law firm

open houses, conferences at the Stanford Arrillaga center, new technology

conferences, Presidential candidate fund raising dinner, champagne reception with Bill Clinton,  meeting with Arnold Schwarzenegger,  recruiting receptions,  board dinners, Kent Nagano 25th anniversary dinner on the Zellerbach stage, luncheon for Wayne Thiebaud, company holiday parties, University reunions, and many private celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays and special occasions.

Weddings

Jane Hammond caters a limited number of wedding each year. First, we talk with the bride, the groom and the family to make sure that we are just the right fit for such an important occasion.  If so, we give all of our attention to every detail of your wedding. 

Most frequently, we function as the wedding coordinator and the caterer, to make sure that all details are thoroughly taken care of, and to simplify the work and phone calls that our wedding clients have to worry about.  In addition to the food and overall design, we can take care of invitations, transportation, assistance at rehearsals, flowers, music, rentals, beverages, lighting, cakes, photography and all of the other myriad details.  Or, should you have a favorite baker, band, florist or other vendor, we will happily coordinate with them. 

We understand that weddings can be expensive, and will spend time with you to ensure that your budget is sensibly allocated to create the wedding you dream of. We know that your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and will ensure every detail is met so that you are free to completely  enjoy your special day without stress or worry.
