Summer Country Wedding - Kyla and David

JHE hosted a beautiful summer country wedding for Kyla and David. Guests enjoyed gorgeous vistas, lounged in shaded tree-lined settings, and danced under the moonlight. The wedding featured antique furniture touches and distressed wood tables highlighted with fanciful florals in whites, blushes and lilacs by Chestnut and Vine. Lighting and music by JHE/Dan Rosenbach lit up the night. We are thrilled that Style Me Pretty featured the wedding, beautifully captured by the inspired eye of Andi Hatch.

An English American Alliance  - Sarah and James

James and Sarah had a lovely summer wedding at the Thomas Estate, in Pleasanton. On a perfect June afternoon, guests gathered for iced lemonade before going up to the chapel on the hill, where the ceremony included hearty singing  of Jerusalem. Guests then made their way to the pool, where Pimms Cups and champagne were waiting, along with passed hors d’oeuvres and live classical music. As the sun started to go down everyone made their way through the vineyard for dinner on the terrace of the main house. Tables were decorated with lovely flowers in pinks, blush and creams, in the family colletion of silver tea pots. The views across the hills were gorgeous. After dinner guests went inside for a fabulous dessert display and dancing. There was a video of Sarah and girlfriends shot in London which brought the house down.

The venue manager remarked that they had never seen such a party – dancing went late in the night, and even included a solo vocal performance by Sarah. The visiting English contingent certainly knew how to celebrate. Sarah and James live in London.

A Southern Vintage Chic Wedding  -  Whitney and Kris

Please take a minute to look at this lovely video, by Bay Area VDO Production.

Whitney and Kris got married in the Shakespeare Garden in Golden Gate Park in October.  Whitney wore a gorgeous dress, which she even called by name - Bella Swan.  Cable cars transported the guests to the deYoung Museum for the reception.  Drinks and hors d’oeuvres were served on the terrace, and then guests were invited into the cafe for a Southern Comfort dinner.  DJ Dan got the whole crowd dancing, and the guests really seemed to enjoy themselves.

Additionally, the whole wedding was filmed for the TLC's Four Weddings program.  It was no surprise this  January when the show aired, that Whitney and Kris won the incredible free honeymoon, thanks in large part to the great scores they received for the food and overall wedding reception.  We wish them a great time in St. Lucia.
